Red Wing for Business, the new, improved version of its B2B direct sales program was to officially launch at a key industry tradeshow, and needed a way to make a big splash.
They had an ambitious goal of generating 1,500 leads within a few months
It needed to stand out amid the chaos of a tradeshow floor – I wanted something physical and imposing, but interactive and fun.
To introduce the idea of a new type of safety footwear program, we created a 90” touchscreen experience that led visitors through the high points of the purpose-built Red Wing boot collection.
Then, to dramatize the idea of reducing paperwork, we created an 8’ tall vortex full of swirling invoices, surrounded by iPads with custom-built games highlighting the key benefits of the RWfB program.
What were the results?
Record number of qualified leads – 4X previous year’s leads, in only a few months time.
The Camden Promise is a client choice food shelf in North Minneapolis. They strive to provide lots of healthy options, which means they are always in need of donations of time and money.
The theme for the fundraiser was Scandinavian food. Nothing brings Minnesotans closer together than pickled eggs, pickled herring, pickled pickles, lutefisk and buttered lefse. Sure it can get a bit smelly, but it's for a great cause.

Wunderman Minneapolis 2015 Sigi Award entry
Pinterest users are wise to ad placements and they aren’t shy about voicing their disdain. Fearing possible death by a DIY glittered beating stick I decided no matter what, I would make something that felt so natural it would be accepted and appreciated by the savviest Pinner, the college student.
Posts were in the quadrupal digit range. That meant 300 times the engagement over their standard pin content and a very happy client.

Best Buy is a brand that sells brands. But, we don’t just sell space in a banner ad, we create the opportunity to help our customers win. Our vendor partners choose the product; we control the story using this template.
I was the Art Director on the templates and I also created a style guide for internal and vendor use.
